Accessibility is a top priority for Gatsio. We continually strive to make this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Web accessibility is an ongoing effort: despite our best intentions, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible, and we are working continuously to improve them. This statement describes the standard we work towards, the measures we take, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the W3C, which also covers WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) digital accessibility policy. This is a goal we actively pursue, not a guarantee that every part of the website meets it at all times.
The website is regularly audited with automated tools (axe-core) across all pages and all three languages (English, Arabic, Russian), alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Issues found in these audits are prioritised and fixed on an ongoing basis.
Full keyboard operability, including a "skip to content" link, visible focus indicators, and focus management when navigating between pages.
Correct language and text direction for every locale, including full right-to-left support for Arabic.
Reduced-motion support: animations and the background video are disabled when your device requests reduced motion, and a pause control is provided for the homepage video.
Semantic structure: landmarks, ordered headings, labelled forms with clear error messages, text alternatives for images, and colour contrast meeting AA requirements.
The website remains fully readable when JavaScript is unavailable.
Web accessibility is an ongoing process, and despite our continuous efforts some parts of the website may not be fully accessible or may contain accessibility gaps that we have not yet identified. Content is updated frequently, and new content may occasionally be published before it has been fully checked.
Third-party content or services linked from this website (such as app stores, maps, or social platforms) are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Improving accessibility is a first-order priority for us: if you find a barrier anywhere on the website, please let us know and we will make every reasonable effort to address it as quickly as we can.
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on this website, or have suggestions for improvement, please email us at contact@gatsio.com. Please describe the page and the problem you encountered; we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to remedy genuine accessibility barriers promptly.
This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile devices, and with assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver on iPhone and Mac, TalkBack on Android, NVDA and JAWS on Windows) and screen magnifiers.
On mobile devices, pinch-to-zoom is never disabled, the layout adapts to small screens and large system font sizes, and interactive elements are sized for touch.
This statement is reviewed and updated whenever significant changes are made to the website, and at least annually.
